Studies have shown that you can achieve incredible detoxifying and mineralizing results by bathing with Himalayan Crystal Salt according to the cyclic phases of the moon. Baths taken at these specific times is referred to as Moon Phase Bathing.

 During a New moon, the cleansing effects are optimized because the body’s capacity for detoxifying is at its peak. A salt bath taken at this phase of the moon will have a detoxifying effect similar to a three-day fast. This bath is good for focusing on what you would like to eliminate from your life such as destructive behaviors or addictions. The New Moon is the traditional time to balance your body and catch up on rest.
The Sole bath will help the body heal from strains, sprains and broken bones. It soothes many skin conditions including psoriasis and allergic rashes. A sole bath will enhance meditation and will lighten negativity and depression. Try a sole bath for restoring your personal harmony and physical well being.
 
Sole Bath Instructions
 
 
1. Put up to 1 kg of crystal BATH salt in your tub. Don’t add any fragrances or other oils.

2. Add the Stirwand of your choice & a layer of water just enough to cover the salt.

3. Let it sit for about 30 minutes until it’s dissolved, then add the rest of your bath water. It is important to make your tub water approximately at body temperature, so your body doesn’t have to waste energy regulating body temperature during bathing.

4. Soak in the tub for 20 minutes. The bath water will stay close to your body temperature.

5. Wrap up in a warm housecoat and rest for at least 30 minutes.

5. Your whole family can use the same water - just add a little hot water as needed.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Sole bath therapy is demanding on the circulatory system, so be aware of this if someone suffers from weak or poor heart circulation and consult doctor beforehand. If a full bath would be too strenuous, you can take a foot bath.*
